Trace PCB analysis in insulating oil

We offer high-precision and cost-effective PCB quantification methods! Leave it to us, a company specializing in insulating oil analysis and diagnostics.

Businesses that possess heavy electrical equipment classified as PCB waste must either dispose of it themselves or outsource the disposal by March 31, 2027. Before disposal, it is necessary to confirm the presence or absence of PCB contamination. Our company offers measurement services based on the "Simple Measurement Method Manual for Trace PCB in Insulating Oil (3rd Edition)" (Ministry of the Environment, May 2011). Additionally, we participate in cross-checking with the Japan Environmental Measurement and Analysis Association and place a strong emphasis on quality control. 【Features】 ■ We provide a highly accurate and cost-effective PCB quantification method. ■ We also offer a service for the safe treatment of low-concentration PCB waste. ■ Participation in cross-checking with the Japan Environmental Measurement and Analysis Association. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Japan Water Treatment Industry Co., Ltd. Trace PCB Analysis

Is there any electrical equipment left uninvestigated in a corner of the site? Our company conducts trace PCB analysis using a simple quantitative method.

PCB waste is currently being stored by many businesses in an untreated state. However, this PCB waste must be disposed of by the end of March 2027. Our company conducts analysis using a simple quantitative method. If the analysis results exceed 0.4 ppm, we conduct a total of three or more analyses to deny the possibility of containing PCB, and if any one of those results exceeds the threshold of 0.5 ppm, we report it as containing PCB. We thoroughly confirm that it does not contain PCB. Additionally, we can analyze PCB in sealing materials and capacitors from fluorescent lights. We also provide sample kit shipments. Please contact us for sampling and other inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Analysis using a simple quantitative method ■ Thorough confirmation that it does not contain PCB ■ Cross-checking with the Japan Environmental Measurement and Analysis Association and registered measurement certification organizations ■ Analysis of substances other than insulating oil is also possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

GS Yuasa Corporation Environmental Science Research Institute PCB Investigation and Trace PCB Analysis

For PCB investigation and trace PCB analysis, please leave it to GS Yuasa Environmental Science Research Institute.

Currently, PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) are required to be stored under strict management according to waste disposal laws. However, under the "Special Measures Law for the Promotion of Proper Disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyl Waste" enacted in 2001, it is mandatory for storage operators of low-concentration PCB waste to dispose of it by March 31, 2027. Therefore, when replacing the insulating oil of transformers or capacitors manufactured before 1989, or when decommissioning such equipment, it is necessary to investigate whether the PCB content exceeds 0.5 mg/kg. Our company conducts trace PCB analysis tests in insulating oil to accurately meet our customers' needs.
